Depending on the mill, WESPATT has improved threading efficiency up to 90%. A conservative 15% improvement is a minimum figure we recommend for calculating payback. To calculate 15% improvement, simply enter the following four (4) pieces of data, (A) through (D). (E) is the estimated tonnage improvement based on a conservative example and (F) is the calculated 15% threading efficiency improvement.
