WSP150 Rope Offset Stand permits mills to achieve full
sheet scanning. Positions rope during threading in optimum tail transfer location; then stores ropes off machine during normal operation to permit full sheet scanning.

WESPATT has included a number of features to provide the latest
in On The Run Offset Stand Technology:

• Rugged, welded steel frame construction for maximum rigidity, cast iron positioner sheaves, pneumatically operated cylinders and standard on/off control
   
• Pre positioning rope sheave stands to insure lead in and lead out sheaves are pivoted to proper angle before offset sheaves are actuated
   
• Higher level of threading efficiency due to unique design of method of pre positioning carrier ropes
   
• Includes pneumatic control package to tie in all pneumatic cylinder actuation to simplify operation and improve threading efficiency
   
• Simplified design to keep maintenance to a minimum
