Individual ONE-PASS® air foils are mounted exactly where needed to guide the tail for complete transfer automation and total control in tail threading. They are lower in cost, easier to install and more efficient to operate than other pneumatic threading systems and are individually designed for non-interference with other tending operations. Manual threading and related hazards are eliminated form the wet presses to the reel. Full operator control is maintained with the remote push-button threading control station.
